CapTech Taps Consulting Veterans to Lead Washington, D.C. Region
CapTech Ventures today appointed two veterans of the consulting industry to lead its Washington, D.C. region. In their new roles, Matt Borgard and Jose Rivera will manage employees and all aspects of CapTech’s business in the Northern Virginia / Washington, D.C. area. Rivera will also lead CapTech’s growing Business Intelligence practice.

"In addition to ensuring that the needs of existing clients are met, Matt and Jose will expand our presence in the area by attracting top talent, growing our service offerings and ingraining CapTech in the community."
Located at 8000 Towers Crescent Drive, Vienna, Va., CapTech’s Washington office serves a growing commercial and federal client base which includes leading financial services firms and the U.S. Navy. CapTech opened the office in August 2007.
Borgard brings over 12 years in consulting to his new position with CapTech. He previously served as Manager and Client Executive in CapTech’s Richmond, Va. headquarters. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Borgard joined CapTech in 2004.
Rivera joined CapTech after holding positions of increasing responsibility over the past 12 years with Johnson & Johnson, Bearing Point, and most recently, Capgemini, where he ran the firm’s Florida Business Intelligence Practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Resource Management from Syracuse University.
