Process Engineering

Our dedicated process engineers use a complete tool set to improve process speed, increase productivity and improve quality through process control. We do this by leveraging methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma and Business Process Management. These allow us to identify and remove waste, reduce process variation, and store and manage real-time process information.

CapTech’s process engineers are trained to provide clients with sustainable improvements. Our staff industrial engineers train on Lean practices, and many consultants are certified Six Sigma Green and Black Belts. Additionally, many of our process engineers are also PMI-certified project management professionals. In Business Process Management (BPM), we have training, partnerships and experience with industry-leading tools.
