Greg RoysterQ: What first attracted you to CapTech?

A: I was attracted to CapTech by the interesting work the company does and by the quality of the culture and the people who work here. I was also attracted by the potential for personal and professional growth.

Q: What makes CapTech a different type of consulting firm?

A: The phrase "Others Talk, We Listen" is more than a marketing tagline. It genuinely speaks to the type of people who are attracted to and remain at CapTech. The firm has a rare culture of individuals who are smart but down-to-earth, motivated but cooperative, driven but balanced.

Q: What is special about the culture in your office?

A: CapTech Orlando is a brand new office. While we obviously subscribe to the overarching CapTech philosophies of being client-focused, results-driven, team-oriented, self-starting communicators, we also have the opportunity to build and shape our own office culture with the new people we bring onboard.

Q: What do you love about working at CapTech?

A: I love being surrounded by people I can learn from. They are not only smart and hardworking, but also cooperative team-players. Everyone is working hard to make sure we all succeed together.

Q: How is your office making an impact on the community?

A: Being a new office established in late-2015, CapTech Orlando is just beginning to build a community presence. One of our goals for 2016 is to significantly grow our brand within the community through involvement in technology, business, and charitable events.

Q: What exciting news is happening in your market?

A: We are involved in a brand-defining project for a major client. This could be one of the coolest and most significant IT projects going on in the Orlando market today. It truly will redefine how our client interacts with its customers. And CapTech has been given the opportunity to be involved in the effort from its earliest stages.

Q: What is your favorite memory as a CapTecher?

A: Recently the Orlando office had its first office dinner and happy hour. It was yet another small milestone indicating how we are growing.

Q: CapTech is experiencing significant growth. What benefits does that offer our clients? And our recruits?

A: As CapTech grows, so does our talent pool, which gives us access to more and better industry talent and experts. The growth also gives our consultants opportunities to take on new projects, using new technologies, in new markets.

Q: When you are not in the office, where can we find you?

A: When I'm not in the office, you might find me out for a morning run. Or I might be taking my five-year-old daughter to the park. On weekends, I might be with the family canoeing one of Florida's beautiful rivers, surfing at New Smyrna Beach, or enjoying a micro-brew at one of our local restaurants. Because we live close to the theme parks, we have season passes this year and plan to fully utilize them.

Q: What are you looking forward to in this year?

A: This year has a lot of exciting opportunities in store for CapTech Orlando. We have some game-changing opportunities with existing clients' projects while we also have the chance to grow and define the Orlando office as well as its culture.
