CapTech Announces Promotion of Senior Leadership

January 18, 2018 – CapTech is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Comer, Doug Harvey, and John Radtke to the position of Fellow. In their new roles, Comer, Harvey and Radtke will provide thought leadership and strategic vision to drive organization and client success for the future.

Matt joined CapTech in 2000 and has served as a lead architect and subject matter expert for Fortune 500 clients in in enterprise integration, content management, Java, WebSphere, and Salesforce. He has led some of the company's largest technical programs and plays a key role in mentorship and development for CapTech's Technology Solutions practice.

With just shy of 20 years with CapTech, Doug has played a critical role in consultant development and client delivery across many disciplines in Technology Solutions and Data & Analytics. Driven by intellectual curiosity, Doug has the ability to deliver enterprise solutions in enterprise architecture, application architecture, iOS development, API architecture and development and data engineering.

John has over than 25 years of technology and management consulting experience with a focus on financial services and government agencies. He is responsible for managing delivery risk across CapTech's portfolio of projects and has extensive experience managing large programs, developing implementation strategies and managing all phases of the application development lifecycle for complex projects.
