            Graduating Seniors

As a recently graduated full-time employee, you'll join fellow college graduates in a 3-week bootcamp to prepare you for client delivery. During this intensive training, we help you adjust to the consulting world by connecting you with coaches, discussing competencies, and walking you through consultant expectations from implementation to delivery. After you complete this bootcamp, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running on your first client project.

As a consultant, you'll work with Fortune 500 companies that need support to solve their toughest challenges. We help some of the largest and most successful organizations across the country increase efficiency, adopt cutting-edge technology, improve their customers’ experience, and address operational and strategic challenges.

            Graduating Seniors Application Process

At CapTech, interviewing is a two-way conversation. We employ a rigorous hiring process to determine technical ability, core values, and consulting competency levels to ensure that employees are the right fit.

Our process varies in duration from a few weeks to a month or more, depending on the role and project needs. Our goal is to move you through the process as quickly as possible. We take this approach so that both parties are happy moving forward and the decision is mutual.

Common Types of Interviews for Graduating Seniors

Step 1: Recruiter Screen and Behavioral Interview

Behavioral interviews are used to determine how you've handled various job situations in the past. The idea is that your past behavior predicts how you'll act in the new job. Be prepared with specific examples about teamwork, obstacles, priorities, etc.

            Step 2: Technical/Skills Assessment Interview
