CapTech Ranks #6 on the 2016 Best Firms to Work For List by Consulting Magazine

Consulting Magazine has named CapTech one of the 2016 "Best Firms to Work For", placing the firm #6 on the annual list overall and #2 for Information Technology firms. This marks the fifth year that the magazine has recognized CapTech as a top employer for technical and consulting talent. The firm received top scores in work/life balance, compensation and benefits, client engagement, career development and leadership.

Each summer, Consulting holds its "Best Firms to Work For" survey, evaluating participating companies in six main categories including culture, leadership, and client engagement. In 2016 over 300 firms and more than 10,000 employees participated in the yearly survey.
