, Managing Director in CapTech's Customer Experience practice, will be speaking at Digital Summit Atlanta at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center on May 24, 2017. In his 10:00 AM session on Stage 5, "The Journey is the Interface – Designing Ecosystems in the Internet of Things", Dr. Snook will help the audience develop a deeper appreciation for the thoughtfulness that should go into the design and marketing of an IoT experience. He will share techniques for leveraging traditional UX/CX research techniques to gather market data relevant to the IoT customer experience as well as share how to add more agile design and marketing techniques for marketing and marketing IoT products and experiences.

About Dr. Snook: Jason has a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from Virginia Tech. He is a Managing Director in the Customer Experience (CX) Practice Area at CapTech Consulting. A self-described "quant," he believes that superior digital experiences hinge on solid research and data. He has over 15 years of UX/CX experience, helping companies design systems that are easier and more effective for customers and employees.
