CapTech

November 1, 2018 – Vault.com released their 2019 50 Best Internships rankings and CapTech's Elevate internship was ranked #4 for Best Consulting Internship. This year, Vault's annual survey ranked the nation's highest-rated internship programs across a survey pool of over 13,000 interns from more than 100 corporate programs. Vault is a comprehensive resource for job seekers, providing information on employers, industries, interviews, and internships.

Elevate is CapTech's 12-week college internship program available to rising college seniors, and provides an immersive experience into the full lifecycle of a typical IT consulting project. The summer program provides skills development and exposure to numerous consulting roles including analysis, design, development, and deployment of a tool or solution. Interns work in self-led teams and are paired with experienced consultants for coaching and mentorship. The internship provides participants the opportunity to build something that creates impactful value for CapTech and our clients.

"Elevate provides rising college seniors with the opportunity of a lifetime ─ hands-on experiences, top-notch coaching, and professional training to take with them into the workforce," said CapTech CEO, Kevin McQueen. "CapTech benefits from the program because we not only get to watch students develop their skills, but also create a pipeline of exceptional new talent who want to come work with us post-graduation at our growing company."

"My experience as an intern at CapTech was critical in my choice to pursue a career in consulting. CapTech fully trusted me with the full cycle of development even as an intern," said consultant and 2017 intern Natalya Buchwald. "I had easy access to support from both my peers and CapTech leadership. Returning to CapTech was one of the easiest choices I have ever made. Now, as a CapTech consultant, I am confident about my personal and professional growth, and eager to help other CapTechers grow."

This year's CapTech interns came from ten premier colleges and universities including Georgia Tech, University of Wisconsin, and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. CapTech will accept internship applications for Summer 2019 beginning in November 2018.
