Redefining the Onsite Fan Experience

As the Official Data-Driven Fan Engagement Provider for the PGA Championship, CapTech is creating a more personalized experience for attending fans and using real-time data to support event planning and logistics this week during the PGA Championship.

The data-driven fan experience (DDFX) solution is powered by real-time data sources and leverages agentic AI capabilities, giving event producers the power to quickly analyze fan and event dynamics throughout the week. The interface answers questions in real time to quickly adjust operational plans, fan communications, and sponsor activations.

Fans onsite will experience additional personalization during the event, such as targeted push notifications based on their geolocations, making their Championship experience more intuitive and interactive. Download the Championships app for the full experience on site.

2025 PGA Championship Fan Experience

CapTech will deploy our DDFX solution, powered by five real-time data sources and leveraging agentic AI capabilities, to optimize every aspect of the attending fan experience.

  • Through an intuitive, user-friendly interface, DDFX gives event producers the power to quickly analyze the fan and event dynamics throughout an event.
  • The AI-enabled chat interface provides a conversational way to interact with live data, answering questions in real time in order to quickly tune operational plans, fan communications, and sponsor activations.

      Five-time PGA TOUR winner and member of the 2020 Ryder Cup team. An alumnus of the University of Georgia and resides in Sea Island, Georgia.


      J.T. Poston

      Three-time PGA TOUR winner including the Shriners Children's Open, Sony Open, and OHL Classic at Mayakoba. An alumnus of Auburn University and joined the PGA TOUR in 2016.


      Patton Kizzire

      Three-time PGA TOUR winner including the Procore Championship, Sony Open, and OHL Classic at Mayakoba. An alumnus of Auburn University and joined the PGA TOUR in 2016.


      Ben Griffin

      PGA TOUR winner of the 2025 Zurich Classic of New Orleans. Two-time runner-up, eight top five finishes. An alumnus of UNC-Chapel Hill, twice earning All-America honors, and twice earning Academic All-America honors.
