Unlike many other CapTechers, Errol is not a trained technologist. Instead, his background is in industrial engineering – specifically optimization and statistics, making him process-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused. These traits position him to lead CapTech’s revenue organization by streamlining and improving processes while enabling strategies to achieve our revenue targets.
Errol looks at client problems through the lens of how CapTech services can provide solutions that lead to client value. He speaks with confidence about CapTech’s ability to deliver because of the hard-working and talented consultants that make success happen.

Errol is married with three sons. His older two are nationally ranked chess players through the U.S. Chess Federation, and the youngest is on a traveling soccer team. Errol’s hobbies are chess and soccer, so spending the weekends at chess tournaments or on the pitch is a perfect ending to a busy week.
