CapTech Donates CX Practice to Aid Media-Profiled Non-Profit


CapTech donated our digital strategy services for an old friend, Richmond Cycling Corps. RCC was looking to redesign their site to have a more modern look, while still emphasizing the donation path in preparation for national media coverage of their amazing work. CapTech's Customer Experience (CX) practice rushed into action to complete the task before the big story broke. We were able to redesign the site, migrate existing content, add new content, and launch it by the looming deadline. Additionally, we laid the framework for measurable improvement and engagement by getting their Google Analytics account live.

Richmond Cycling Corps is an incredible non-profit organization that works to encourage, motivate, and empower children in public housing that there is a way out. Through cycling, RCC allows its young participants to have fun, laugh, learn, and teach while keeping them away from gangs, drugs, and other hazards of their daily environment. The program promises its youth that it will lift them out of poverty, and it has delivered time and time again.
