CapTecher Speaks at Keep Austin Agile

The 5th Annual Keep Austin Agile was hosted by Austin Agile on May 25, 2017 at the JW Marriott in Austin, TX. This one-day event brought together 780 attendees from 200 companies and all walks of agile expertise for a full day of education and networking. This conference offers the exchange of agile best practice information and experiences, the opportunity for professional development, and a chance to meet other agile professionals.

Denver CapTecher Leland Newsom presented Comparing Scaling Frameworks: LeSS & SAFe. This session compared how two scaling frameworks, LeSS and SAFe, address the challenges of agility at scale. It also demonstrated how these two frameworks align, coordinate, and manage dependencies across multiple teams to maintain consistency and agility at scale.
