Ralph Cummins to Lead Growing Customer Experience Group

CapTech

Ralph CumminsRICHMOND, VA – June 10, 2016 – National management consulting firm, CapTech Ventures, Inc., is pleased to announce the hire of Ralph Cummins as Executive Director for the Customer Experience (CX) practice. Ralph's focus will be on the continued growth and development of the strategic and creative capability to help CapTech clients create differentiated customer experiences that build their business and their brand.

"Hiring Ralph and other experts in CX is the next step in the continued growth of our Customer Experience practice," said CEO Kevin McQueen. "We've developed a strong foundation in digital strategy, experience and visual design, content management and integrated marketing management. Ralph will help us get better focus on the needs of our marketing clients and to develop a strong and diverse team as we build a national firm."

Ralph joins CapTech as a uniquely skilled marketer with experience across global B2C and B2B markets and brands. Throughout his career, Ralph has been involved in building and managing Fortune 500 brands and the diverse client/agency teams that create them. Most recently, Ralph enjoyed a long stint as a relationship lead and brand strategy partner in EMM Group's strategic marketing practice. Prior to that, he served as the head of global brand development for Genworth Financial. Ralph's passion for brands and marketing stems from his early career in agency account management in Chicago and San Francisco and, most recently, in Richmond for The Martin Agency.

"This is such an exciting time to join CapTech," said Mr. Cummins. "It is no secret that CX is the new battleground for brand engagement and loyalty as the lines between marketing, services, and products are blurred by technology. The same traits that have made CapTech a formidable player in IT consulting–a focus on Client outcomes, a strong collaborative culture, attracting and enabling talented people, an independent streak–are already enabling a strong creative culture to emerge."

With technology transforming the way customers engage with businesses, companies are faced with unprecedented challenges for meeting customer needs and expectations. CapTech's CX practice specializes in providing customer-centric strategy and technology solutions to enhance engagement, seize new business opportunities and reduce waste while proving seemless customer experiences, safe and secure systems, and user-friendly functional design.
