Impacting the World Around Us

Our community impact work, #CapTechCares, incorporates both corporate philanthropy and corporate responsibility into our business planning and operations. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility program, we are guided by the idea that we have an opportunity to make the world a better place for our people, clients, and communities.

"We are committed to leveraging our resources and strengths as innovators, engineers and strategists to improve the lives of underrepresented and disadvantaged people in the communities we serve."

– CapTech Community Impact Belief Statement

Our Corporate Focus

We believe technology has the power to transform today and create a brighter future. Our philanthropy focus areas center on how technology can empower youth, increase housing and food security, and help make technology available and accessible.

    Annual #CapTechCares Events

    Week of Caring

First started in 2020, we set aside a week to focus on both individual CapTecher and community care. Each day has a focus theme, with engagement opportunities and meaningful reminders of the importance of giving back to others and ourselves.

    Food Fight

This has been a CapTech tradition for many years. This is a several-week campaign to raise awareness and support for the food insecurity issues in our local communities. Friendly and creative competitions occur across offices to see if we can beat last year’s goals.
