Modernized Medicaid Portal for the Georgia Department of Community Health


The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) partnered with CapTech to modernize its Medicaid portal to enhance usability and transform Medicaid technology statewide. The existing system, GAMMIS, was outdated and needed improvements to increase productivity and accessibility. 

CapTech's approach included a comprehensive assessment, stakeholder research, and the creation of a user-centric prototype for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Portal. This resulted in a modular, intuitive digital experience praised by CMS for its innovation.
