CapTech Names New Creative Director for Charlotte Office

Charlotte, N.C., November 5, 2018 – CapTech, a national IT management consulting firm, is pleased to announce the hire of Bree Bashman as Creative Director for its Customer Experience (CX) practice in the Charlotte region. Bree comes to CapTech with more than 20 years of experience and will focus on helping build engaging digital brand experiences at each and every customer touch point.

A Charlotte native, Basham's career has taken her to New York and Los Angeles before coming back to the booming business environment of her hometown. A large part of her experience has involved bridging physical and digital experiences, making the journey to and through a product or service as seamless as possible for the customer.

Basham considers the CapTech CX service offering to be on par with legacy digital agencies, but with the technological prowess to back up solutions. This capability is a powerful differentiator from other firms, with potential to impact all creative ranging from websites, dashboards, and apps to interactive games and AR/VR experiences.
