CapTech is pleased to share that it was a 2016 recipient of a Gold Hermes Creative Award for Marketing Collateral/Branding for the CapTech Brand Refresh and 'Be the Brand' Initiative. The Hermes Creative Awards are an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media. The competition is one of the largest of its kind. These awards recognize the work in the industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing professionals.
CapTech completed a brand refresh in July of 2015. The winning initiative was an organizational change management strategy aimed at one hundred percent internal adoption of CapTech's new brand standards. 'Be the Brand' included internal communications, training, contests and SWAG over a 5-month period to encourage adoption and enthusiasm around CapTech's new brand standards.
