CapTech To Host Leading SAFe Course This Spring

This April 19th, 2018 through the 20th, come to CapTech to develop an in demand skillset to empower your enterprise to succeed in a disruptive marketplace by attending our Leading SAFe Agilist training course. During this two-day session, you'll learn the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), how to execute and release through Agile Release Trains, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. This course is highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® 4 Agilist (SA) certification exam.

This course will be led by Agile experts Rob Cucè and Susan Bullock. With over 35 years of Agile experience between them-these two CapTechers are experts in enterprise Agile scaling practices that can transform the way organizations deliver value to their customers. Mr. Cucè's specific Scaled Agile Framework expertise has helped him guide organizations to identify portfolios, map value streams, and organize and launch Agile Release Trains. And Ms. Bullock is a founder of the Agile community of practice and training program at CapTech and serves as a thought leader for our agile practitioner community.
