CapTech is pleased to announce that the

Columbus Young Professionals Club (CYP Club)

and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) have recognized CapTech Columbus as a winner of their "Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals" Award for 2017.

"The Columbus office formally opened in March 2016 with the goal of building very high performing teams to do great client work. Columbus has been a fantastic place to do both as our client base is growing and we're engaging some really great people!," says Rick Ainsworth, Columbus office lead.

"CapTech announced our Columbus expansion last year, and it's really encouraging to receive recognition like this so quickly," CapTech Principal, Drew Tester says. "We really strive to be a great place to work for and cultivate a culture that helps our team members develop their careers."

The award will be presented at the CYP Club Year-End Celebration on Tuesday, December 5 at The Boat House at Confluence Park in recognition of CapTech's engagement and support of Columbus's young professionals.

CapTecher Frankie Cleary says, "CapTech offers a choose-your-own-adventure career. Job roles and positions aren't siloed. If you come in as an analyst but are interested in building your technology skills, you have the opportunity to do that. You can make a real impact on the business while driving your own career path."

About the Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals Award:
Since 2013, the Columbus Young Professionals Club has recognized "Wonderful Workplaces for YPs" in and around Columbus. With the help of members and various Columbus networks, area workplaces are nominated in categories of Coolness (Attraction), Stickiness (Retention), Community Impact, and Growth Opportunities. Each year they present the Wonderful Workplaces with an award at their Year-End Celebration in front of hundreds of young professionals and community leaders. They also partner with the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) to co-present these awards.
