Firm Earns Top Rankings in Hours in the Office and Work/Life Balance on the List of Best Consulting Firms to Work For

RICHMOND, VA August 22, 2017 – CapTech is proud to once again have been named one of Vault.com's top consulting firms to work for in the 2018 Vault Consulting 50. The firm ranked in the top ten for Hours in the Office and Work/Life Balance. Other areas of recognition for CapTech included Overall Business Outlook, Travel Requirements, Vacation Policies, and Benefits.

Vault's Consulting 50 is compiled from its annual Management and Strategy Consulting Survey where employees are asked to assess the prestige associated with working at peer consulting firms and the quality of life at their own firms. "I know CapTech values me," said one of the survey respondents. "CapTech clearly demonstrates its value for its employees by creating an environment of respect for work/life balance, fair compensation, and continued growth and training."

"As we have expanded and grown into a national firm, preserving our culture has been of critical importance," said CEO Kevin McQueen. "Recognition from Vault provides confirmation that after 20 years in business, we have been successful in achieving our mission of providing a fulfilling career in consulting as an employer of choice in the market."

CapTech's internship program, Elevate, is currently ranked #2 Best Consulting Internships in Vault's 2017 50 Best Internships and #4 in Forbes.com's 2016 Best Internships. CapTech has also received similar rankings and awards from Consulting Magazine, Forbes, Inc. 5000, and The Washington Post, fortifying CapTech's position as a top employer of creative and technical consulting talent.
