CapTech Speakers for the August 9 2016 IIBA Meeting

Topic: "Tips for Success for a BA in an Agile Environment"

CapTech Consulting is providing an experienced panel of agile practitioners to discuss tips, strategies, and experiences to help other business analysts succeed in an agile methodology environment.

The CapTech panel will provide a formal presentation and conclude by opening the floor for questions. In listening to and interacting with this panel, you should expect to gain valuable insight whether you are already experienced with agile or are new to it altogether.

Nicole Kalencki

Nicole Kalencki is an IT Management Consultant at CapTech, where she is an experienced agile project manager / business analyst with proficiency in strategizing and implementing enterprise and global business solutions. During her career, she has leveraged agile methodologies, leading transitions from waterfall to agile by recommending resource structures and an iterative approach to business objectives. She has partnered with business and IT teams of all levels to assess, initiate, and refine appropriate solutions and build agile plans for a variety of industries such as food safety, finance, and telecommunications.

Melanie Langmead

Melanie Langmead is an IT Management Consultant at CapTech. With 10 years of consulting experience, she has become a skilled business analyst and agile project manager over this time. Having started her career working with federal government clients, and most recently in the financial sector, she has worked on many end-to-end system integration projects as well as agile transformation efforts.

Michael Benning

Michael Benning is an IT Management Consultant at CapTech. He is a skilled product owner and scrum master, blending industry experience in manufacturing, retail, and finance with his background in design and business analysis. Michael is a practitioner of iterative and methodical collaboration and has found success with true scrum teams as well as inserting Kanban into legacy waterfall processes.
