CapTecher to Present at ACMP Global Conference

Colin Ceperich, an Organizational Change Management Lead at CapTech's Richmond office, is presenting "The Power of the Pre-Mortem" at the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Global Conference on March 25 in Las Vegas, NV. This year's ACMP Global Conference will feature three keynote speakers and numerous masterclasses, such as the one taught by Colin.

He says of his presentation, "At the start of a project there is always an optimism bias. But at some point in the project the 'optimism bubble' gets popped. I have found earlier is much less painful than later. With the 'Pre-Mortem' approach that I will discuss and demonstrate, people risks on a project are identified early on." Colin has 20+ years of experience helping clients to implement change in most major industries. Lately, he's been working closely with a group of Agile practitioners on enhancing their Agile transformation skills.
