CapTech, an IT management consulting firm, announced today the relocation of its expanded operations in Columbus to a new 2,600 sq. ft. office located in the penthouse of 175 South Third Street, next to the Columbus Commons. CapTech celebrated the office opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 26.
CapTech opened its Columbus office in 2016 and has since grown to more than 25 local consultants. The company says it plans to create 50 new technology, design, and management consulting jobs in the next two years, which will triple its Columbus workforce.

The new office features a collaborative area that has the flexibility to host internal and external events ─ a large outdoor meeting and entertainment space. "Proximity to our clients was a key priority and the views of the city and roof top patio overlooking the Commons is a big win for our employees," said Director Rick Ainsworth. "This new space accommodates our growth, allows us to entertain clients, and is flexible for employee development, as well as social events like game night or taking in a concert on the Commons." said Ainsworth.
In 2017, CapTech's Columbus office was recognized as a Wonderful Workplace for Young Professionals by the Columbus Young Professionals Club. Additionally, at the National level, CapTech ranks #6 in Consulting Magazine's Best Firms to Work For.
