Global Research and Advisory Firm
After multiple acquisitions, a global research and advisory firm couldn’t effectively take advantage of market opportunities due to multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with data scattered across them and no consolidated analytics. 

Solution: CapTech was able to consolidate the platforms, guide a best-of-breed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) implementation, then setup an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) that integrated data from the Salesforce, Workday, and on premise systems for a 360-degree view of their customers and business.

CapTech’s leadership and technical expertise led to the successful integration of CRM, ERP, and EDW solutions as well as the creation of a new Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to support these integrations.
